Abilene Christian University scored four runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to rally for a 12-10 victory over the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys in the 2012 baseball season opener for both teams at Abilene, Texas, on Friday.

Arkansas Tech University held a ceremony on Friday, Feb. 3, to name the great room on the first floor of Baswell Techionery in honor of former Arkansas Tech Board of Trustees member Janice Sutton of Mountain View. 

Arkansas Tech's Darren Drone has been recognized for his vocal talents by the National Metropolitan Opera. In today's Familiar Faces segment, Drone talks about winning an award from the organization and his passion for music.

The Arkansas Tech debate team claimed victory in the Southern Forensics Championship tournament last weekend, and brought home a total of seven awards.
